Who should attend this event?

Each Pilates on Tour event has unique programming. In general we try to offer programming for attendees at varying levels and backgrounds, mostly geared towards Pilates professionals. If you’re a seasoned Pilates professional, or a student with a solid grounding in Pilates fundamentals who wants to advance your skills, then Pilates on Tour is for you.

We also offer programs such as Anatomy in Three Dimensions that may be suitable for other movement or health care professionals. Please contact us (see below) if you have questions.

Why should I attend?

Pilates on Tour is a great place to learn new skills, meet the industry’s top presenters and have time to connect with the greater Pilates community. Pilates on Tour is also a great way to earn CECs.

Most classes offer hands-on, in-depth instruction and feature top of the line Balanced Body® equipment.

You will be able to take what you learn over the weekend and put it into practice Monday morning!

Can I get Continuing Education Credits?

Yes. Most classes offer PMA and ACE credits.

Can I sign up for just one day?

Yes! You can sign up for one or more days. (Sorry, half-day registrations are not available.)

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable clothes to move around in.

Can I buy equipment at this event?

All the Balanced Body Pilates equipment used at the conference is brand new, and will be available for pickup at the end of the show.

How do I become a Pilates on Tour Instructor?

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation of your registration will incur the following fees:

  • $50.00 if written notice of cancellation is received prior to the early registration deadline.
  • $100.00 for one day registrations and $200.00 for two or three day registrations if written notice of cancellation is received during the regular registration period.
  • If the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of an event, no refund will be given.
  • A processing fee of $50.00 may be charged due to changes in registration.

What if there are program changes?

Pilates on Tour® makes every effort to hold events at the dates, times and locations, and with the instructors and classes specified on our web site and brochures. We reserve the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times and locations although this happens very rarely. In the very unlikely event that circumstances require us to postpone or cancel an event, your registration fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to another Pilates on Tour event of your choice.

Balanced Body® is not responsible for workshops, or portions of workshops that attendee misses due to illness, emergency, or other events beyond our control. Balanced Body is not responsible for losses incurred by any attendee for airline fares or other travel arrangements in the event that the workshop must be cancelled or postponed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
