The information on this page is for our international friends and customers around the world.
Balanced Body sells Pilates equipment, education, accessories and videos in 102 countries. We sell directly, and also through distributors in some countries.
You are welcome to view all our products in our Online Store, but we accept online orders only for residents of the 48 continental United States. If you live elsewhere, please contact us directly to place an order, or to get additional information. You will receive a prompt response.

International purchases and shipping
Shipping
We can ship your purchases directly to most countries, using one of these methods:
- By air: door-to-door or door-to-airport.
- By ocean transit: less expensive, allow approximately six to eight weeks for delivery.
- You may also use your own freight forwarder.
Importing costs
You must pay all applicable import tax and duty when your order arrives. Import costs differ for each country. For more detailed information, we recommend that you speak with your local customs broker. Your broker will need to know Balanced Body’s tariff code: 950691.000.
Payment methods
Payment in full is required before orders are released. We accept two methods of international payment:
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).
- Bank Transfer (call us for wire transfer details). You are responsible for any wire fees charged by your bank, or by any intermediary bank that processes or forwards the wire to the Bank of Sacramento. There is a $25.00 service charge for orders that total less than $250.00.

Balanced Body products are now stocked in the UK – available for immediate delivery!

- Standard delivery to mainland UK within 24 hours. Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Borders/Highlands of Scotland in 48-72 hours.

Training and certification
Balanced Body University provides the most flexible Pilates training and certification available, for instructors at every level. Course modules include Mat and Reformer, to full studio curriculum. Use our Education Finder to find a training session near you, or contact us regarding Onsite Training at your facility.
Continuing education
Pilates on Tour offers a unique opportunity to expand your teaching skills and learn from master teachers. Hands-on workshops for Pilates professionals, with limited classes sizes so that you can practice and apply what you learn. Our schedule for 2008 will be available soon.
