Want to be up and running quickly? Our modular program allows your instructors to start teaching beginning group equipment classes after a single weekend (12 hours for Chair, 16 hours for Reformer). Then, add additional training as desired.

What's included in our training and equipment packages?

Instructor training

• On-site instructor training from Balanced Body University (minimum six seats).
• Flexible training modules and workshops for Pilates Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair.
• Flat-fee pricing per student includes exercise manuals, travel (continental US), etc. – no hidden costs.

Equipment engineered and built for commercial fitness

• Our Allegro Sport™ Reformer: great entry-level Reformer, lightest weight, lowest price, easiest to store.

Equipment & Training Packages

Your choice of several outstanding equipment options, packaged with training. If you already have Allegro Reformers, see our Allegro Tower Retrofit package.

Training included with Allegro packages: 18 hours (Reformer 1), manual provided. Some previous Pilates experience required.

Training included with EXO Chair packages: 12 hours, manual provided. No previous Pilates experience required.
