Head Box Cushions are best for supporting the head when utilizing a Standard or Contour Sitting Box on the Reformer. Head Box Cushions are good for any exercise where the client is lying on their back on the Sitting box and need head support. For example, any of the abdominal exercises done on the long box like Teaser or Backstroke.

Our Head Box Cushion is a surface extender when using a sitting box. The Cushion's long dimension is same height as Balanced Body Standard, Allegro® 2 and Contour Sitting Boxes. When used on a Reformer, the Head Box Cushion is usually wedged between the shoulder rests to stay in position.
The Head Box Cushion is frequently used by those working toward more advanced long box abdominal exercises and need to rest their neck in between reps or sets.
