Pilates on the Go

Maria Leone, owner of Bodyline Studios in Beverly Hills, shows you how to tone your body, improve your posture, increase flexibility, and strengthen your back and abdominal muscles in a challenging total-body workout. The exercise video features the Pilates mat repertoire with modifications for beginners, plus modified Pilates exercises using the resistance band and an upper body series using resistance tubing. Kit includes DVD or VHS video (53 minutes), resistance band and resistance tubing, packaged with a fold-up mat that doubles as a carrying case.
