Allegro® Add-a-Platform™
Sit or stand at the Allegro’s head-end, and use spring resistance for pulling rather than pushing. Great for spinal mobilization, as in seated cat or mermaid, or to increase inner thigh work for standing exercises by pulling the carriage towards you. Fits any Allegro Reformer (does not include Allegro 2 Reformer), with or without a Tower.
