With our Tower on the Go, your resistance–based Tower workout is as close as the nearest door! Two adjustable anchor straps wrap around any standard door for a quick and easy set-up. Simply adjust the slider, clip-on resistance bands or springs, and you are ready to start training!

  • Choice of resistance: two 31” yellow Slastix™ resistance tubing or two long yellow Springs. (Note: Springs offer more resistance but less range of movement than Slastix)
