Clinical Reformer Techniques for Myo-fascia Pain and Chronic Pain Video
This rehab video addresses neutral pelvic alignment, stability of the scapula, pelvis and trunk, functional abdominal strength, and closed and open chain strengthening exercises for the upper and lower extremities. Positions include supine, quadruped, seated and standing. This program is designed for rehabilitation professionals, but it is also appropriate for the conditioning client exercising with professional supervision. Recommendations are made for safe progression. The video demonstrates the parts of the Clinical Reformer and how to adjust them for various exercises and body types. Volume 1 (Beginning and Intermediate): 65 minutes. Volume 2 (Advanced): 44 minutes.
