Moving Breath Pilates Spine Corrector Workouts
Moving Breath Pilates introduces two Spine Corrector workouts (also known as the Step Barrel) to develop back strength and flexibility while still working your legs.
The Fundamentals/Beginner DVD (45 minutes) is suitable for all levels, with fundamental and beginner exercises to improve posture, core strength and flexibility.
The Intermediate/Advanced DVD (60 minutes) challenges you with 58 exercises using more complex movement patterns, and is designed for healthy, active individuals with previous Pilates or other movement experience.
