Pilates Coach Allegro® Reformer I & II

Leslee Bender, founder of The Pilates Coach, leads this creative, contemporary Reformer workout. Designed for beginners and intermediates, Allegro I offers a well-paced, total-body workout of approximately 40 Reformer exercises, including variations. Leslee also explains proper breathing techniques, movement principles, safety guidelines and equipment setup. Allegro II continues the contemporary theme with approximately 60 intermediate to advanced exercises, including variations. Both videos feature several exercises using the jump board (footplate), box and a 9" ball.

Props used: Jumpboard, box, and 9" ball. Allegro I Basic: 56 minutes. Allegro II Advanced: 49 minutes
