Pilates for Seniors

A DVD workout from Physical Therapist Sherri Betz, with seated and standing exercises for Seniors or those who have difficulty getting up or down from the floor. Also included: instructions for safely getting down and back up from the floor without risk for fracture, and suggestions for exercises to do in bed. Anatomy, breathing, and spine positioning precede the workout. Also available, the companion book.

Some exercises use a chair, wood dowel a and resistance band (sold separately).
