Allegro Tower: Integrated Workout

This unique workout, taught by Chrissy Ruby of PowerHouse Pilates,® brings a fresh perspective to Pilates. You'll use the Tower bars and springs to work the major muscle groups, while controlling the moving carriage with your core. You'll learn 22 exercises, plus variations, to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Allegro Tower: Tower Workout

Marci Clark of PHI Pilates teaches you 17 exercises from the Trapeze Table repertoire, including Coordination, Short Spine, Swan, Down Stretch and Mermaid. Exercises are performed prone, supine, sidelying and kneeling on the mat. Modified versions are shown. It's a challenging, full-body workout you can perform on any Reformer/Trapeze Combination or Trapeze Table. 46 minutes.

Allegro Tower Dual Training

Leslee Bender from The Pilates Coach shows personal trainers how to train two clients simultaneously on the Allegro Tower. While one client uses the Reformer, the other uses the Tower to perform similar exercises. For example, the first client performs leg circles or Frog on the Reformer, while the second lies supine behind the Tower and performs the same exercises with leg springs. You'll learn 15 sets of dual exercises (a total of 30), plus variations. And there's more - Leslee also demonstrates five advanced exercises that combine Tower springs with the moving Reformer carriage.
