This 60-minute mat workout uses an 8-10" ball for an added challenge and concludes with a delicious relaxation exercise! Bonus features include tutorials on breath work, how to safely reach for things during pregnancy, and a discussion on the changes to your body during pregnancy, such as balance, flexibility, and diastasis recti.
