Pilates Mini-Ball Workout I and II
This unique, Pilates-inspired mat workout uses a 9" ball for resistance, stability and support. Taught by Leslee Bender, owner of The Pilates Coach, Workout I (53 minutes) features detailed instruction for more than 30 exercises, plus variations and modifications. When you've mastered this video, Workout II (41 minutes) will challenge you with intermediate versions, plus a whole new series of exercises. Exercises are performed seated or lying on your back, side or front. For home exercisers, this is a great workout for enhancing your strength, flexibility and muscle tone. For fitness instructors, it's an excellent source of new exercises for your repertoire.
