Allegro Tower of Power®: Integrated Workout
This unique workout, taught by Christine Romani-Ruby of PHI Pilates®, brings a fresh perspective to Pilates. You’ll use the Tower bars and springs to work the major muscle groups, while controlling the moving carriage with your core.
