In this session, you will learn why mobility is critical, understand its benefits, and gain effective mobility exercise to use immediately in your clients. This is your unique opportunity to learn how to enhance clients’ physical performance with valuable takeaways to use immediately in your training sessions!

Krista Popowych, B.HKin, has been inspiring fitness leaders, trainers and managers around the globe with her motivating and on-trend sessions. As an IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year and a three-time canfitpro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year, Krista has shown an outstanding commitment to the fitness industry. She is an Integrated Movement Specialist (IMS) Educator for Balanced Body, Keiser’s Global Director of Group Education, co-creator of The Ride on-demand virtual workouts and author of Partner Workouts: Training Together for Better Results. Her goal has always been to inspire others through movement and education and she does that with her creative sessions and real-life approach to fitness!

Christine Crooks
BS, NCPT
Christine started her movement education path in college achieving a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from CSU Sacramento (2011), as well as a Minor in Dance. Her combined interest of those brought her to Pilates, receiving her comprehensive Pilates training with BASI Pilates under Karen Clippinger’s Dance Specialization program (2013). Building on knowledge from experience in physical therapy clinics, Pilates studios, and educational conferences, Christine then became a Pilates Principle Educator for Balanced Body Education (2019). Since 2019 she has traveled with the Balanced Body Education workout team to their Pilates On Tour conferences, attending conference circuit (i.e. IDEA World, PMA, etc.), and now presenting workshops internationally. In maintaining a continuous goal of expanding movement knowledge, she utilizes her mechanical and kinesiological understanding along with innovations of contemporary, Pilates-informed movement. To put it simply, she strives to help every body find their most balanced quality of movement, and feel good doing it!
