Often used with a Sitting Box in Reformer exercises, the Footstrap adds versatility to a workout. Combined with the Box, our Balanced Body Footstraps secure a foot or both feet during exercises like the Short Box Series, and Mermaid.

Our Footstraps are premium Reformer accessories that offer secure, stable positioning for feet while you’re working out. All Balanced Body Reformers come with attachment points to accommodate our Footstraps.

While Footstrap length is a personal preference, we have recommended sizes based on the type of Balanced Body Reformer you own. In the case of our wood Reformers, your chosen Footstrap is also determined by the footbar on your Reformer. All Balanced Body Footstraps are available in Cotton or Padded styles.

Footstraps are often used with a Sitting Box. Purchase a Sitting Box with your Allegro®, Allegro® 2 or Metro IQ® Reformer, and you get a Footstrap free!
