Avalon® Box

The Avalon Box can be used as a stand-alone apparatus, or with the Avalon Arm Chair.

• A gentle curve at each end increases the comfort for prone exercises, and adds upper back extension opportunities to exercises like the Roll-Down. Exercises such as Long Box Swan are comfortable for both men and women.
• Two spring arm attachment points allow new exercises not possible on the traditional Sitting Box.
• Includes two sockets and one pair of spring arms.
