BALANCED BODY® GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES

1. SWEEPSTAKES AGREEMENT

ENTRY INTO THE BALANCED BODY® GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF BALANCED BODY, INC. (“SPONSOR”), WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on December 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents worldwide who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.  Proof of residency and age may be required.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Ticket Entry Method:
During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals who purchase the Combo Chair, EXO® Chair, CenterLine® Chair, Wunda Chair, Pilates Arm Chair, Spine Corrector or Pilates Arc®, Ladder Barrel, Pilates Springboard™, or the Ultra-Fit Circle® from Sponsor may receive a Golden Ticket or Green Ticket in their Balanced Body® product shipment. Ticket entry method not open to business purchases. Those individuals who receive a Golden Ticket or Green Ticket in their product shipment must follow the instructions on the ticket and submit required information via the official Sweepstakes page: https://www.pilates.com/golden-ticket-sweepstakes. To be considered for a prize, entrants must follow the instructions provided on the ticket, including submitting required information such as their contact details, proof of possession of the ticket (e.g., photo), and any unique code, if applicable, via the method designated by Sponsor.

B. No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Entry):

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per ticket. Mail-in entries are unlimited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries must be complete and comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance. Sponsor, or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or misdirected Sweepstakes entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

7. PRIZES

Golden Ticket Prizes:
Five (5) Golden Ticket winners will receive a two (2)-day VIP experience for two (2) at Sponsors’s headquarters in California, including tours, classes, and related activities. If a Golden Ticket winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from Sponsors headquarters, Sponsor will also include Round trip travel (including but not limited to air travel, ride shares, train, or mileage reimbursement), hotel accommodations and meal stipend. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500. If the Golden Ticket winner resides 100 or less than 100 miles from Sponsors headquarters, sponsor will include mileage for Round trip travel (including but not limited to train or mileage reimbursement) per current IRS rates, hotel accommodations and meal stipend

Golden Ticket Grand Prize
Each Golden Ticket winner is entitled to participate in a scavenger hunt contest for the Grand Price, a 50th anniversary Allegro 2 Reformer). ARV: $5500.
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first eligible participant to successfully complete all required scavenger hunt tasks/checkpoints. Sponsors determination ……..Participants must sign and agree to any applicable third-party venue/event rules and liability waivers prior to participation. Participation is at the participant’s own risk, and Sponsor/event organizers are not liable for injuries, property damage, lost/stolen items, accidents, technical issues, or prize misuse.

Green Ticket Prizes:
Fifty (50) Green Ticket winners will receive prizes such as merchandise, accessories, gift cards, or promotional items as determined by Sponsor.ARV: between $20-$175

All prizes subject to all terms and conditions associated with its use, and has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Golden Tickets and Green Tickets will be awarded to individuals selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about WHEN. The winner will be notified EMAIL based on the email address provided and must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim the applicable ticket. Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner are final.  The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and award of prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements, including without limitation verification of eligibility, and completion of any required documents as determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release.  If the winner does not respond within the time specified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Tickets must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided and within any deadlines specified by Sponsor or stated on the ticket or Sweepstakes materials.

Failure to submit a redemption request, respond to Sponsor communications, or complete required verification steps within the timeframes specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any claim that is incomplete, illegible, late, or does not comply with these Official Rules, or to determine that a ticket is invalid or has not been legitimately obtained.

Unclaimed, unverified, or forfeited prizes may, at Sponsor’s discretion, not be awarded or may be awarded to an alternate eligible entrant, if applicable.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, or damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy and the collection, use, and/or sharing by Sponsor of personally identifiable information of entrants. use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time for any reason. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Except where prohibited by law, winner grants to Sponsor and its advertising agencies the right to use and publish winner’s photo, proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state in any media to promote the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and Sponsor’s products and services without additional compensation.

If, in Sponsor opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Sponsor in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified.

Sponsor shall not be liable for failure to fulfill any obligation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or travel disruptions.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITE, THE REMOVAL FROM ANY WEBSITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY.

Participants in the Sweepstakes hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Sacramento County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes and all participants waive any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved, upon the election by entrant or Sponsor, by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by the entrant.

NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE ANY CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON ANY CLAIM. FURTHER, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ENTRANT WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED, OR AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OF CLAIMANTS PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW, THE ARBITRATOR’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING. NOTE THAT OTHER RIGHTS THAT ENTRANT WOULD HAVE IF ENTRANT WENT TO COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION. The arbitrator’s authority to resolve Claims is limited to Claims between Sponsor and entrant alone, and the arbitrator’s authority to make awards is limited to awards to Sponsor and entrant alone. Furthermore, Claims brought by either party against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with Claims brought by or against any third party, unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or Claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration.

11. TRAVEL AND EXPERIENCE CONDITIONS

For prizes involving travel or scheduled experiences:

Travel dates and details are determined by Sponsor.
If a winner is unable to attend on specified dates, the prize may be forfeited.
Winners are responsible for obtaining required travel documents, including passports or visas.
Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the experience with a prize of equal or greater value.

12. DATA PRIVACY

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Sweepstakes online.  Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entry forms in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at [https://www.pilates.com/privacy-policy/ ]. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Sponsor’s privacy policies, entrants grant to the Sponsor, and the Sponsor reserves, the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information provided by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, for any purpose, unless prohibited by law. Entrants may be required to sign a release, which grants the Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name online or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes.  In order to accept a prize, entrants may be required to sign a release that grants permission to the Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, prize information and/or biographical information without future compensation unless prohibited by law.  By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, Sponsor’s website, or any prize won.
