How It Works

As you start considering which workshops to register for, keep the following organization in mind:

  • The morning and afternoon sessions are each 2 hours long. The event is organized to include a variety of workshops that are movement science focused, programming focused, inspirational, and movement oriented.
  • Each workshop will be labelled with the level and the primary equipment used.
  • In addition to the workshop offerings, the event includes (available to all attendees):
    • Community gatherings
    • Workouts and movement experiences
    • Friday evening networking cocktail reception

Frequently Asked Questions

Movement Tour® events are smaller, more intimate events usually held at a local studio/ fitness facility. The smaller-size workshops allow for more 1:1 interaction with presenters and peers.

Registration is for the entire event (1/2 day Friday, all day Saturday and 1/2 day Sunday).
There are a total of 4 workshops during each session and attendees will select from 1 workshops offered during each session.
