The Complete Build kit includes the A+M Skeleton, Tools, Clay, build manual and video access.
You need not be artistic! The included Build manual includes templates that can be used to cut out the muscle shapes from sheets of clay and they provide the size of tubular muscles. With the templates, you can just cut out the muscles and attach them like putting clothes on paper dolls.
