Do instructions come with the Skeleton on how to build the muscles?

Included with your purchase are Balanced Body’s exclusive Anatomy Build videos! These fun, informative videos show you step-by-step how to build the muscles on your skeleton while teaching you musculoskeletal anatomy for movement.

What age range is this appropriate for?

To use the Skeleton, people should have good manual skills and must be able to follow audio and video instructions. Students in middle school or older should be able to successfully use the Skeleton.

Why is this better than learning from a book?

Learning is more successful when more senses are involved, so if the student has to build the muscles themselves, the process is active rather than passive and that can make for a more successful learning opportunity.

If I buy just the Skeleton, what else do I need?

You will need non-drying modeling clay, a wooden or plastic knife, a rolling pin, and a mat to roll the clay out on.

Does the Skeleton include the Balanced Body Anatomy in 3D training course?

It does not. You may purchase separately. Check our Education Finder for a virtual or in-person course near you.
