Our Standard Sitting Box expands Reformer workouts with prone and abdominal strength exercises, side stretching and more comfortable options for seated exercise. Designed with our 3 handled system, this versatile Sitting Box works for a variety of users and abilities.
Smaller in size and compatible with all our wood reformers and the Metro IQ®, our New York Sitting Box is optimal for home and studio use. Featuring premium padding and upholstery, this Sitting Box is sized to accommodate different users and various teaching styles.
Our Contour Sitting Box extends Reformer exercises with rounded edges to fit the body better and support limb extension and body position. This proprietary Sitting Box also features a 3–handled design for easy carrying options and premium padding and upholstery.
Our Centerline Sitting Box is designed to work with the Balanced Body Centerline Reformer. This unique design features extra premium upholstered padding on the sides and top for more comfort, especially for prone and supine long box exercises.
Our Large Sitting Box with Lip is sized to offer more comfortable options for seated exercise and expand the workout options on all our Wood Reformers. Featuring premium padding and upholstery, our Large Sitting Box with Lip is oversized to accommodate a range of users and various teaching styles.
Weighing only 4.5 lbs(2kg), our exclusive Sitting Box Lite offers the same functionality as a traditional Sitting Box at a fraction of the cost! It is easy to move, stack and store with dense foam construction featuring a textured top surface for stable, non-slip body positioning.
Upholstered Boxes sold online come in Black, except for the Allegro® 2 Sitting Box which is Storm. Custom colors are also available (call to order). 9 are free upgrade option colors, and an additional 21 custom colors are available (additional charges apply). Foot Straps are often used with Sitting Box exercises, and are sold separately.
