FAQs

The MOTR is a versatile, challenging and unique apparatus. It can offer many fitness-based exercises as well as many Reformer-based exercises, which lends itself to a wide variety of clientele. Using the roller as the exercise platform adds a balance and stability challenge that immediately activates the core to stabilize, so that even the simplest of movements become a full-body experience. Best of all, it is small, portable, and affordable.

Piece of cake. The MOTR is perfect in multi-use spaces. It’s easy to set up and easy to remove at the end of class.

Our MOTR Authorized Training Centers are located across the U.S. and around the world. Check our Education Finder for courses near you. Very often MOTR is offered as a pre-conference session at our Pilates On Tour®  conferences. In addition, many of our MOTR Balanced Body Educators can travel to on-site locations allowing us to bring this program to your facility.
