UK Instructor Training

Balanced Body Education® brings the principles of movement science to our Pilates and mind body movement education. Our focus is on the “how” behind the ”why”. The curriculum is intentionally in modules to enable students to progress at your own pace, and work with different Educators through your Pilates journey. Our UK Educators each have their own unique Pilates experience and teaching style. Read more about them below!
