These discs are specially designed to integrate with the standing surface of the CoreAlign carts and stay firmly positioned on the cart while in use.
No resistance discs are ideal for measuring range of motion, while discs with resistance strengthen end-range movement and assessing strength imbalances. For many users, light resistance is ideal for upper body work while heavy resistance provides the challenge desired in lower body exercise.
