Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Our holiday deadlines for delivery on or before 12/24 are:

Freight Shipments (Large Items)

Domestic Freight

• Ship by 12/1 for delivery on or before 12/24 via standard service.
• Need it faster? Expedited freight may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss options with a salesperson.
• Orders shipping after 12/1 may not arrive by 12/24 unless otherwise quoted.

International Freight

• Timelines vary by region and customs clearance. We’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis to set accurate expectations.
• Some countries are more challenging for customs; your salesperson can advise on typical timelines.

Parcel Shipments (Small/Medium Packages)

International Parcel

• Customs and regional holidays can create unpredictable delays.
• To be safe, order by 12/9 (allows about 10 business days before 12/24).
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international parcels due to customs.

Ship by the dates below for delivery on or before 12/24:

• FedEx Home Delivery/Ground: Ship by 12/16
• FedEx Express Saver (3-Day): Ship by 12/18
• FedEx 2Day: Ship by 12/22
• FedEx Standard/Priority Overnight: Ship by 12/23
